• This Gift Card is redeemable across all duckduckbaby channels including Website, Mobile App and all duckduckbaby retail outlets PAN India.

• The Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

• Redemption must be completed within the validity period, as expired Gift Cards cannot be extended, revalidated, or refunded.

• Gift Card value may be redeemed in full or partial. Any unused balance will remain available until the expiry date.

• Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or bank credit.

• Multiple Gift Cards can be clubbed in a single order.

• Redemption for online purchases is completed by entering the unique Gift Card code at checkout. For in-store purchases, present the Gift Card code or card at the time of payment.

• A minimum online payment of ₹1 is required at checkout when redeeming a gift card, as per RBI regulations.

• If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the remaining balance must be paid using available payment methods.
