5. What are the charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders on duckduckbaby?

duckduckbaby Cash on Delivery (COD) fees depend on the order's total value. For orders equal to or exceeding Rs.299, no COD charges are levied, following duckduckbaby policy. For orders below Rs.299, COD charges are Rs 15, as per duckduckbaby policy.

6. Are there any shipping costs associated with Cash on Delivery orders on duckduckbaby?

Shipping costs are decided on the basis of order value and is not dependent on the mode of payment.

7. How can I place a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order on duckduckbaby?

To make a Cash-on-Delivery order on duckduckbaby, follow these steps:

• When prompted to choose a Payment Option, opt for "Pay By Cash-on-Delivery." • Once the order is placed, the order will be processed for shipment within the specified  timeframe, starting from the order date. 
• Payment must be made in cash or via UPI (Cards/Cheques or DDs are not accepted) to  duckduckbaby’s Courier Partner upon delivery.
• It's important to note that for Cash on Delivery orders, packages cannot be opened until full  payment is made to the duckduckbaby representative. 

8. How does the refund process function for orders on duckduckbaby?

ckduckbaby offers an easy and fast refund process for all types of orders. Cases where orders are cancelled by customers before delivery, or orders where customer does not accept orders at the time of delivery, you'll receive a refund in your original payment mode automatically. The same process is followed for cases where duckduckbaby cancels an order due to an unforeseen condition.

For return cases, wherein the customer has returned the product due to any reason, refunds are initiated in accordance with the Returns Policy, and customers can expect the refund amount to appear in their account within the specified timeframes:

• Online Refund for payments made online through channels like CC/DC/UPI/Netbanking - Anticipate a waiting period of 5 to 10 days following refund initiation, contingent on your  bank partner. 
• NEFT for COD Orders - Typically, it takes 1 to 3 business days after the refund is initiated and  customer shares his/her bank details for refund. 

9. In what currency are transactions processed?
