By using the Platform, you are responsible for keeping your display name and password confidential, and you will be liable for all activities occurring under your display name and password. If you provide incorrect, outdated, or incomplete information, we have the right to suspend, terminate, or block your membership on the Platform.

You also agree to inform duckduckbaby immediately if there's any unauthorized access or breach of your account. Please make sure to log out of your account after each session.

Additionally, to enhance customer security and privacy and protect your sensitive information, duckduckbaby may sometimes monitor users and their device associations when using the app or website.

4. What are the payment and pricing policies on the platform?

When you use any of the available payment methods on our platform, please note that we won't be held responsible for any losses or damages, whether direct or indirect, that may occur due to the following reasons:

All our prices include Value Added Tax and Central Sales Tax, unless otherwise specified. The prices displayed in your shopping cart always represent the most current rates shown on the product display page. Adding a product to your cart or wish list does not guarantee the price at that specific moment. It's possible that a product's price may change between the time it's placed in your cart or wish list and the time of purchase. Please be aware that products marked as 'Out of Stock' are unavailable for purchase.

All payments for purchases and services on the platform must be made in Indian Rupees, as accepted in the Republic of India. The platform does not support transactions in any other currency for purchases.

For purchases equal to or exceeding INR 2,00,000 (two lakhs only), you will need to upload a copy of your PAN card within the prescribed time frame from the date of purchase. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of your purchase. Your order will also be canceled if there is a discrepancy between the name on your duckduckbaby account and the name printed on the PAN card.

Please note that providing a copy of your PAN card is a one-time requirement, and you won't need to submit it again.

5. How can users communicate with the platform?

When you access duckduckbaby, your interactions with us are electronic in nature. When making an order on our platform, it's essential to provide a valid phone number. We may get in touch with you through various means, including email, SMS, phone calls, or by posting notifications on the app/website, as well as other communication methods. For the purpose of our business transactions, you agree to receive various types of communications from us, which may include transactional, promotional, or commercial messages, concerning your use of the website and any orders you place on it.

6. What is the process for ordering and the details of product delivery?

Before completing your purchase, we will verify your shipping address and pin code using our duckduckbaby database. If, for any reason, your order cannot be delivered by our logistics service providers or the area is not covered, we will ask you to provide an alternative shipping address. While you can make purchases from anywhere in the world, please ensure that both the payment and shipping address are within India.

Should you submit an alternative delivery address, you take responsibility for accepting and collecting the package from this alternative location. Confirmation from the logistics service provider that the delivery to the alternative address was successful will be considered as delivery acceptance by both you and duckduckbaby. In this regard, duckduckbaby holds no liability.

10. Under what circumstances can user accounts be terminated?

Duckduckbaby reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to duckduckbaby or any of its services if, at its sole and absolute discretion, it believes that you have violated, breached, or manipulated any term of these Terms of Service or acted unethically in any manner. Duckduckbaby will not be liable to you or any third party for such actions, although transaction details may be retained for tax or regulatory compliance purposes.

Furthermore, duckduckbaby may unilaterally terminate your account based on the conditions mentioned in the Terms of Use under the "User Conduct" section. Please be aware that any duckduckbaby credits earned through goodwill compensation, loyalty or referral programs, promotional campaigns, or gift cards purchased on other platforms may be forfeited in such cases. The decision on returns/refunds for these users will be solely at the discretion of duckduckbaby.

If you use a false email address or engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities that may cause inconvenience, violate company policies, or mislead duckduckbaby by using multiple addresses or phone numbers with malicious intent, duckduckbaby reserves the right to deny access to the platform and terminate accounts, including linked accounts, without prior notice to you

Product Review and Rating can be given only by verified buyers of a product. Verified Buyers of a product are those buyers who have purchased the product and the product is delivered to the buyer.

If you believe that objectionable content is hosted on the app/website or that your rights are being infringed, please promptly inform the Grievance Officer by following the procedure outlined below. The app/website will make every effort to remove such content after conducting an investigation as swiftly as possible.

You must refrain from making false or untrue allegations when using the notification procedure. If any misuse of the reporting process is detected, duckduckbaby retains the right to terminate your account and may take appropriate legal action.

Upon receiving a notice, duckduckbaby will take the necessary steps to remove infringing or objectionable content. These actions are taken without admission of liability and without waiving any rights, remedies, or defenses, all of which are expressly reserved. Duckduckbaby will also attempt to send a copy of the notice to the alleged infringer or defaulting party.

By submitting a notice, you grant duckduckbaby the right to use, reproduce, publish, and display its content worldwide through any medium or manner known or developed in the future. This includes forwarding the notice to the involved parties providing the allegedly infringing content. In case of any default on your part, you agree to indemnify duckduckbaby for any claims brought by third parties against duckduckbaby related to the submission of a notice.

It is crucial to reiterate that duckduckbaby's role and responsibility end upon the removal of the alleged infringing or objectionable content as mentioned in the notice. Duckduckbaby will not be held liable for or involved in trying to resolve, contest, mediate, negotiate, or reconcile disputes or differences between the person reporting objections and the user against whom the objections are raised.

13. How are modifications and updates to the platform handled?

When you use any services provided by us through the platform, like Product Reviews or Seller Reviews, you must follow the rules, guidelines, policies, and terms applicable to those services. These rules are considered part of these Terms of Use.
