Cancellation Policy

1. How and why can my order be cancelled?

Your order can be cancelled for the following reasons:

  • Customer does not wish to use the item anymore and cancels it through the order history section.
  • Your order may be cancelled if our delivery team is unsuccessful in delivering your order after three attempts.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your order if it is deemed undeliverable.

2. How can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled till the time it has not been shipped.

You can cancel your order by following steps:

  1. Navigate to your order history
  2. Select specific order
  3. Then click on cancel button to cancel your order

3. How can I change my delivery address and reschedule a delivery?

  • Expediting the shipment is not possible.
  • The shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
  • If you need to modify your delivery date, please get in touch with us, and we will make an effort to accommodate your request.

5. What happens if the delivery team is not able to deliver the order?

After our delivery team makes three unsuccessful attempts to deliver your order, it will be automatically cancelled and will be delivered back to duckduckbaby fulfilment center. At the same time, refund will be initiated back to the original payment source of the customer.

6. Why might an order be considered undeliverable?

An order may be undeliverable if:

  • The recipient declines the delivery, especially if they were not anticipating a gift, they might assume it was sent to them by mistake. In such instances, we will issue a refund to the gift purchaser and notify them via email. If you decide to reorder the gift, we recommend telling the recipient to expect a surprise.
  • The address was incorrect. Verify the shipping address in Your Orders by selecting the relevant order
  • There are local and regional restrictions in your area. We adhere to government guidelines that allow us to accept orders for a wide range of products. However, in areas identified as restricted zones under government regulations, we may limit orders to essential products.
  • Your package gets damaged during its journey to you, then the carrier might send it back without trying to deliver it. When this happens, we take care of returning the package to our centre.   • There are severe weather conditions in your area
7. What are my refund options upon cancellation?

       Upon cancellation, refund will be initiated towards your original payment mode. The timelines for this refund will be as under:

      • Online Refund for payments made online through channels like CC/DC/UPI/Netbanking - Anticipate a waiting period of 5 to 10 days following refund initiation, contingent on your bank partner.
      • NEFT for COD Orders - Typically, it takes 1 to 3 business days after the refund is initiated and customer shares his/her bank details for refund.
      8. Will I get a refund for a coupon applied to my cancelled order?

         Once a coupon has been applied to an order and the order is subsequently cancelled (partial or complete cancellation), please note that the coupon will not be eligible for a refund or reissue. Any refund amount, if applicable, will be net of coupon value
