60-Night Trial

Cradlewise offers a 60-night trial to ensure the product is the right fit for your family. The trial period begins from the day the baby first uses the crib. If the product does not meet expectations, a return request can be initiated during this period.

Returns & Refunds

Customers can request a return within 60 nights from first use or within 120 days of delivery, whichever comes earlier. Once the return request is approved, Cradlewise arranges a pickup and provides a prepaid shipping label.

Return Conditions

• The crib must be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe transportation
• If the original packaging is unavailable, a replacement box can be purchased for ₹3,500 (non-refundable)
• Returns must be shipped within 14 days of confirmation or within 7 days of receiving the return box
• Failure to meet the return timeline will result in cancellation of the request
• Additional shipping charges may apply for locations outside standard service zones

• A fee of ₹5,500 will be deducted from the refund towards reverse shipping
• Refunds are processed after the product is picked up and verified
• Return requests must be raised within the eligible trial window
