1. Can I choose a specific date and time for delivery?

Unfortunately, you can’t choose a specific date and time for delivery on duckduckbaby right now.

2. When will I get my order if it says Out for Delivery?

When the order status indicates 'Out for Delivery,' it means that we are trying to deliver the package to you on the same day. We will also ensure to provide you with timely updates via SMS."

3. My order has reached the nearest delivery hub, but isn't it out for delivery yet. Why?

Our logistics partner is committed to ensuring your order's arrival by the scheduled delivery date. Rest assured; you will receive an SMS notification as soon as your shipment is dispatched for delivery.

4. I missed my delivery. What happens now?

We’ll send you a notification if you aren’t around for the delivery, so that you can get in touch with us right away. Our delivery team will make 3 delivery attempts to reach you.

5. My order is late. What should I do?

Our dedicated team strives to ensure the timely delivery of your order, or even ahead of schedule. Nevertheless, certain unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, flight delays, political disruptions, and other exceptional events may lead to delivery delays. You can track your order by navigating to Order History page. Rest assured, we will promptly notify you of any delays through SMS or email communication. In the event that you need to file a complaint, contact us at our customer care number.

6. Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It's conceivable that the Seller or our courier partners may observe a holiday between the day you placed your order and the scheduled delivery date, which is determined based on the timelines presented on the product page. In such instances, an additional day is factored into the estimated delivery date. Additionally, please be aware that certain courier partners and Sellers do not operate on Sundays, and this is considered when establishing delivery timelines.

7. Why did I receive only part of my order?

This situation may arise due to either of the following reasons:

  • You have a single order with multiple items that may have been shipped individually.
  • You have placed an order for a single item.

8. Can I accept the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?

As per our policy, this action is not possible. Nevertheless, upon order acceptance, you retain the option to initiate a return or contact us for any related concerns.

12. How will the gift-wrapped package be delivered?

The gift-wrapped package will be placed in our standard duckduckbaby packaging and then delivered to the recipient's address as specified during the order placement. Ensure that the delivery address is accurate to avoid any issues with delivery.
