Return and Exchange Policy - FAQ's

1. How do I return/exchange a product on duckduckbaby?

To place a request for return/exchange, follow the steps mentioned below:

a) Click on Exchange/Return button under the order which you want to return or exchange.  Alternatively you can open order tracking page and click on Exchange/Return button. 

b) A pop-up will appear, fill out necessary details as asked and your return/exchange request  will be initiated. 

2. How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?

Once duckduckbaby has initiated the refund in accordance with the Returns Policy, customers can expect the refund amount to appear in their account within the specified timeframes:

  • Online Refund for payments made online through channels like CC/DC/UPI/Netbanking - Anticipate a waiting period of 5 to 10 days following refund initiation, contingent on your  bank partner. 
  • NEFT for COD Orders - Typically, it takes 1 to 3 business days after the refund is initiated and  customer shares his/her bank details for refund. 

3. How can I ship the product back to duckduckbaby warehouse?

In most locations, we offer a complimentary pick-up service. You will find the pick-up option available when you submit a return request.

4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If you received a damaged or defective product, you can apply for exchange through My Orders page and can also take help from customer support. Customer support will be able to help you return or exchange the product, and they may also be able to provide you with a refund.

5. Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you have the flexibility to initiate a return at the item level. In cases where you've placed an order for multiple items, you can initiate a return, replacement, or refund for each specific item separately. It's essential to note that any product being returned must be done in full, inclusive of all components and any complimentary gifts or associated products that were included.

6. How do I return multiple products from a single order?

If you're returning multiple items from a single order, you will receive separate Return IDs via email for each item. When the pickup agent visits your address to collect the products, he will first match the product with their respective Return IDs and then take the products with him.

7. Can I return or exchange a product that I bought as a gift?

Yes, you can return or exchange a product that you bought as a gift, but you will need to provide the gift giver's name and order number. If you do not have this information, you can contact duckduckbaby 's customer support team for assistance.

8. Do I have to return the free gift when I return the order?

Yes. The free gift is considered an integral component of your item order and must be included in the return along with the originally delivered product.

9. What if I want to purchase a different product during an exchange?

If you decide to exchange your item for another item, whether it's of the same or a different value, here's what you can expect:

  • If the item you want to exchange for is of higher value, you may be charged the  difference in amount. 
  • Conversely, if the item you choose is of lower value, you will be refunded the difference  after the original item is successfully picked up.
